The foundation stone of the Prem Mandir was laid by the fifth Jagadguru Shri Kripalu ji Maharaj in the year 2001 and the construction was completed in 2012. Dedicated to Shri Vrindavan Dham, it was opened to the public in February 2012. It is one of the youngest and most astonishing temples of Vrindavan.

Located in the outskirts of Vrindavan, Prem Mandir represents the revival of ancient Indian art and Nagara architecture emphasizing Rajasthani and Gujrati styles. Built with Italian White marble, it covers an area over 54 acres. The entire structure rises upto a height of 125 feet and spread over 115 feet along the width.

You don't have to pay an entry fee for visiting the Prem Mandir. It is open on all days of the week from 5:30 am to 12:00 pm and then from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

The morning aarti starts at 5:00 am with Bhog timing at 6:30 am. Darshan starts at 8:30 am with Bhog at 11:30 am. The Shayan aarti for morning is held at 12:00 pm. The evening aarti starts at 4:30 pm with Bhog at 5:30 pm. The parikrama is held at 7:00 pm and Shayan aarti for the evening is held at 8:10 pm. The doors of the temple close at 8:30 pm.

Prem Mandir is located at Vrindavan and is easily accessible by hiring a private taxi from top car rental companies in Mathura & Vrindavan or taking an auto rickshaw. The closest airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi which is around 164 km from the temple and the nearest railway station is Mathura Junction which is around 12 kms from the Prem Mandir.
